  • Engineer: William Harrod, also known as "Bill Harrod"

  • Foreman: Ray Pniewski

  • Leading hand: Angelo Contibas

  • 2nd Leading hand: Dean Bosanko ("the good guy", now deceased)


Electromagnetic radiation (EMR) is emitted from computers, cell phones, televisions


EMR emitted from live 275000V power lines is EXTRAORDINARILY high


Very high EMR causes chronic insomnia (inability to sleep)


An employer owes employees a duty of care NOT to endanger their worker's lives


An employer (ETSA) is negligent in coercing workers to work near live high-voltage power lines
 

Mr. Law suffered $2.5m as a result of ETSA's negligence
 

ETSA is liable
 

(But they're using a time-based loophole to get away with paying only $4,950 instead)
